1. Overview
ListRunner is operated by Polsia. This policy explains what data ListRunner collects, how it is used, and the third parties involved in delivering the service.
2. Data We Collect
From newsletter subscribers who sign up via the landing page: the email address provided in the signup form, plus any UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content) captured at signup time. These are stored in the subscribers table in our database so the operator can review signup sources in the dashboard.
From the operator running the service: configuration data (feed URLs, Beehiiv publication IDs, send schedule) stored in the newsletter_configs table, and run history (generated issues, send status, timestamps) stored in the newsletter_runs table.
From site visitors: a first-party visitor identifier stored in your browser's localStorage under the key polsia_vid, used exclusively by the Polsia analytics beacon to count unique visits. No third-party cookies are set.
3. How We Use Data
Subscriber email addresses are passed to Beehiiv to deliver the newsletter and to manage the subscription (subscribe, unsubscribe, welcome flow). UTM parameters help the operator understand which channels drive signups.
Configuration data and run history are used solely to operate the service on your behalf — monitoring feeds, generating issues via the Polsia AI proxy, and publishing to Beehiiv on the configured schedule.
The Polsia analytics beacon is used for first-party, anonymized visit counting. It does not track you across other sites.
4. Third-Party Processors
Beehiiv — newsletter hosting and delivery. Subscriber email addresses and welcome email content pass through Beehiiv. Subject to beehiiv.com terms and privacy practices.
Polsia — AI content generation via the Polsia AI proxy, plus first-party analytics beacon at /api/beacon/pixel. Subject to polsia.com policies.
Neon — managed PostgreSQL hosting where the subscribers, newsletter_configs, and newsletter_runs tables live.
5. Retention
Subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe or you delete them via Beehiiv's tooling. Run history and configuration data are retained for the life of the account to support reactivation, troubleshooting, and audit. You may request deletion at any time (see contact below).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data ListRunner holds for you. To exercise these rights — whether you are the operator or a subscriber — contact polsia.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (including the GDPR).
Subscribers may also unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every newsletter issue sent via Beehiiv.
7. Cookies and Analytics
ListRunner does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Polsia analytics beacon uses a single localStorage key (polsia_vid) to assign a randomly generated visitor identifier. Clearing your browser storage resets the identifier. We do not use this data to build cross-site profiles.
8. Data Location
Database records are hosted on Neon's managed PostgreSQL platform. Newsletter delivery originates from Beehiiv's infrastructure. AI generation is performed by the Polsia AI proxy. Each processor may store or process data in regions of their choosing — review their policies for specifics.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
