1. Service Description
ListRunner is an AI-powered newsletter platform operated by Polsia. The service monitors RSS feeds, generates full newsletter issues (subject, intro, body sections, and closing) using the Polsia AI proxy, and publishes them to Beehiiv on a schedule configured by the operator.
By using ListRunner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account and Usage Rules
You are responsible for the configuration data you provide (feed URLs, Beehiiv publication IDs, send schedule). You agree not to use ListRunner to send spam, harass recipients, or violate any applicable law or Beehiiv's acceptable use policy.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to generate content that infringes third-party rights.
3. Intellectual Property
ListRunner, the Polsia AI proxy, and all underlying platform code are owned by Polsia. Newsletter content generated on your behalf remains your property — you own the issues ListRunner produces for your configured publication.
Beehiiv is a third-party service; subject to Beehiiv's terms, you retain ownership of your subscriber list and published issues.
4. Billing and Refunds
ListRunner is provided as part of the Polsia platform. Any subscription, billing, or refund terms are governed by your underlying agreement with Polsia. Polsia keeps a platform fee on payment charges processed through the platform; please contact Polsia for current pricing.
5. Third-Party Integrations
ListRunner integrates with Beehiiv (newsletter delivery and subscriber hosting) and the Polsia AI proxy (content generation). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of these third parties.
Feed content you monitor remains the property of its respective publishers.
6. Termination
You may stop using ListRunner at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if underlying third-party services (Beehiiv, Polsia) become unavailable. Upon termination, your configuration data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow reactivation, after which it may be deleted.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Polsia as the operating party. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate forum for Polsia's principal place of business.
